Erin and Chris got married last October and Heather and I were there to capture all of their magical moments. It was a beautiful day and we took tons of pictures outside at Little Lehigh and the nearby Covered Bridge. We got some really great shots and Erin looked stunning in her dress. Erin has been one of our biggest supporters at SingleExposure Photography. She has been a bridesmaid/guest at quite a few of our weddings but today it was her turn to be the bride, so Heather and I traveled up to the Allentown area to capture it all. The weather reports had been a bit ”iffy,” but luckily Mother Nature was kind and we had a beautiful day all around. Here are a few from Erin and Chris’ day…enjoy!

Brittany and I ventured downtown to one of the great churches in Philadelphia, Old Saint Joseph’s. Kristen and Michael had met in the Philly area and were both active members at Old Saint Joe’s, so the mass was very personal for the couple and their friends and family, many of whom had traveled from great distances for the big event. After a brief, post-ceremony photo shoot at Logan Circle we headed out to a beautiful Chester County reception for Kristin and Michael. They were planning their Philadelphia wedding from afar so we never got an engagement session scheduled, but they had a great time regardless…

Heather and I traveled out to Lancaster County for Joelle and Logan’s wedding…the second of two Messiah weddings! Thanks to referrals from previous clients I was able to work with a great couple that are truly in love. The ceremony and reception were both held at The Landis Valley Museum, which was absolutely incredible. It was a delightful setting with many really neat old buildings and gardens. The reception itself was held in a beautiful barn lit with candles and white lights strung in the rafters. Fortunately the bad weather held off just long enough to get the outdoor ceremony in but poured down right after…all was good though and it was an awesome day! Joella and Logan were super easy going and seemed to really be enjoying “their party.” Here are a few from the day!

Brittany and I made a familiar trek to Blue Bell and had a great time! Jessica and Barak and their entire crew of friends were incredibly fun-loving and we really enjoyed being a part of their special day. And I say that not because Jessica made Brittany and me homemade cookies as a thank you for the end of the evening, although that certainly was a first for us and we LOVED it! Here is a quick highlight of their amazing day. Jessica and one of our couples from last year, Natalie and Rob Schaeffer, whose wedding I also shot, all went to Messiah College together.

Heather (our newest assistant photographer and photography major at Kutztown) and I went over to New Jersey and then over to The Philadelphia Racquet Club to shoot Connie and David’s wedding. This was a fun wedding for me to shoot since Connie worked at Saint Joseph’s University while I was a student there. The ceremony was beautiful, the reception was tons of fun and the weather was perfect. They had a great time and I enjoyed seeing some familiar faces from the past. Here are a few of their images!

Brittany and I spent the afternoon last Saturday the 27th with good friends…the Raders. Brittany has known the family since childhood and I really enjoyed getting to know their crew. Dave has a huge family so shooting their group shots was a challenge, but not one unfamiliar to me since I am one of eight! It was a beautiful day and a good time was had by all. I headed into NYC for the wedding of my college friend’s sister. Lori booked me after prodding from her sister, Lisa. Heather and I made it just on time after quite a lengthy back-up getting into the city. I guess it was good we left so early after all! Lori and Anthony were an awesome couple who celebrated their vows in an incredible building amongst their nearest and dearest of friends and family. It was a truly beautiful evening despite the terrible rain. Here is the slideshow from the day!

Brittany and I ventured into West Chester on Saturday to shoot Summer and Rob’s wedding at Faunbrook…a gorgeous bed and breakfast that we have shot at several times in the past.
